TLOMA members may register for the TLOMA Educational Conference at the member rates indicated below.  Non-member registration is available to individuals who are not currently members of TLOMA but who do meet the Membership Criteria for TLOMA membership.  If you have any questions, please call the TLOMA office at 1-416-410-1979.


This year, the TLOMA conference has a special member early bird package.  TLOMA has made arrangements with VIA Rail to include travel by train (value of $134 plus applicable taxes) to Windsor for our first 68 registered delegates.  Register before May 1, 2010 and also save the HST!

Guest Registration

Once again this year, you are welcome to bring a guest (must be over the age of 19) to our Friday Evening Dinner. Guests may be included in our Saturday morning breakfast, Saturday keynote and Saturday lunch. Choose from one of the two guests packages available at the rate of $149.00 and $299.00 (plus applicable taxes). See online registration or the Delegate Registration Form for details.


Manual Registration
Individuals that wish to use the manual registration process may print the Delegate Registration Form, the Hotel Registration Form and the Educational Session Registration Form located on the right of the screen in the "Download Form" sidebar. Once the forms are completed please fax if paying by VISA, Master Card or AMEX to (1-905-472-5115) or mail if paying by cheque to TLOMA, 43 Daniel Court, Markham, L3P 4B8.

All refunds will be processed offline and will require a written request to the TLOMA office. See Cancellation Policy for further details.


Travel to Windsor:

Travel to Windsor is easy by car, train or air.  Our Directions page will provide you with further details. 


Caesars Windsor has wonderful Deluxe rooms for $170.00 per night plus applicable taxes, or you can choose a Luxury Water View room for $190.00 per night plus applicable taxes.  The conference guestroom rate has been extended for early arrivals on Tuesday and late stays on Saturday night.
